Delivery Options

Delivery is free for all orders placed in the United Kingdom. For details on international shipping, please see the 'International Delivery' section below.

Next business-day delivery

Orders placed on in-stock items by 1:30pm GMT from Monday to Friday are eligible for our free next business-day delivery. Orders received after these hours will be scheduled for delivery within two business days.

Free next business-day delivery does not apply to customised computers or certain order types, including orders paid for with loan financing or by bank transfer. Additionally, this service might not be accessible to international customers. Delivery dates specific to your address will be confirmed during checkout.

Secure delivery

For all orders exceeding £50, we provide a secure courier delivery service. This may require a signature upon receipt. You can monitor your order's status in our Online Order Status section.

International delivery

We offer international shipping for all orders. Please note that orders under £100 will incur shipping fees. Accurate estimate of delivery timelines and associated costs are available at the checkout page.

Delivery date information

Dispatch estimates provide an indication of when your item will leave our warehouse. Items are dispatched as soon as they become available. Please allow additional preparation and dispatch time for custom-configured computers or personalised orders.

Delivery estimates indicate when your dispatched item will arrive at your address. These estimates can be found in your Order Confirmation email, or online by clicking 'Account' at the top of the page and viewing your order details. Please note that all estimates are based on business days, unless otherwise stated.

Order Issues

Missed deliveries

If you're not at home for a delivery, the carrier will leave a card. You can then arrange a new delivery appointment at a convenient time during working hours or even change your delivery address by contacting the carrier directly.

Damaged or defective orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you're having trouble with your new product or believe it is defective, please contact us immediately to report your defective product, so that we can provide further assistance.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations

You may cancel your order if it hasn't been dispatched yet by getting in touch with us. If your order is already in transit or preparing for shipment, please wait for it to be delivered before initiating a return. Please note that you may be liable for return transportation charges under these circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds support section governs the process for returns. If you change your mind, you can return Standard or Configured-to-Order hardware within 14 calendar days of delivery. Software can also be returned within this period, provided the packaging remains unopened. Please note, gift cards are non-returnable. This policy is in addition to your consumer rights to return defective products. Further information can be found in our Returns and Refunds policy.
