Scope of Warranty

Our warranty exclusively covers products that are branded under our name and sold through Neox Computers. These products are protected against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product from our brand stops working or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, in accordance with the terms set forth in this Warranty Policy.

Please note that products of other brands sold on our site are not covered by this warranty. They may, however, be covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties. Customers should refer to the warranty information provided by these manufacturers for details about coverage and claims procedures.

To initiate a return or for any questions or concerns about the return process, please contact us with your request. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that we only accept returns for items that have been authorized beforehand.

Warranty Period

Our warranty policy accommodates varying coverage durations for different products. Please consult your purchase documentation for the specific warranty term applicable to your product.

Products purchased from our site using a gift card will be refunded to you as a gift card by email.

Exclusions - our warranty does not cover

  • Damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, intentional misuse, negligence by you or any third party, or any other reason not related to our manufacturing process.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or fair wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow our instructions, manufacturer's instructions, or using the product in unsuitable conditions (e.g., unventilated, hot, or dusty environments).
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries, ink cartridges, or cables, unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Loss or corruption of data; customers are responsible for backing up their data and reinstating it in case of a loss.

Repair or Replacement

If your product is eligible for warranty service, we will attempt to repair it first. If it is not possible or cost-effective to repair the product, we will replace it with a new one of the same or similar model, at our discretion. Replacements will be provided on a one-for-one basis and will not extend the original warranty period. We cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage, or corruption of any software during the repair or replacement process, including software provided free of charge by us or third-party software installed by you.

Customer Responsibilities

In order to receive warranty coverage, you must

  • Provide proof of purchase (e.g., sales receipt or invoice).
  • Properly maintain and use the product in accordance with our instructions and guidelines.
  • File a warranty claim within the warranty period specified in your purchase receipt.
  • Cover the cost of shipping the product to our designated repair center if you are located outside of the United Kingdom.

Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
