Returns & Refund (Business)

You may cancel your order or return hardware for a refund within 14 days of your order date. All cancelled and returned orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.

If your order has already been shipped, all returned hardware must be undamaged and in as-new condition, with original packaging intact.

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened, activated, or registered software (including Windows licenses)
• Shipping costs of any kind
• Custom order options, services, and peripherals (custom chassis options, keyboards, mice, or other external equipment)
• Quantity orders and orders exceeding £10,000

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable cancellation fees. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
