Trade-in questions

We currently quote selected graphics cards, memory and Mac Studio systems. If your exact item is not listed, email us the model, condition and photos and we will let you know whether we can make an offer.

It depends on the model, specification, condition, demand and current resale value. Answer honestly and include clear photos where possible, and we will give you the most accurate estimate we can before anything is sent in.

The estimate is a guide until we inspect the hardware. If the model, condition or fault history is different from what was described, we may revise the offer before you decide whether to continue.

No. If inspection changes the value, we will explain why and send the revised amount. You can accept it or ask us to return the hardware instead.

After you accept the estimate, we will email your shipping label and packing instructions. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and keep your tracking details until the trade-in is complete.

Only include accessories we have asked for. Original packaging can help protect the item in transit, but the hardware itself and its condition are what matter most for the final value.

Back up anything you need, erase the device and sign out of linked accounts before sending it. For Macs, remove Activation Lock. We also wipe storage as part of our refurbishment process.

If you have not sent the hardware yet, yes. If it has already arrived with us, tell us as soon as possible and we will confirm the available options.

Often, yes. Faulty hardware can still have value, especially if the fault is clearly described. Tell us what happened, what still works and whether anything has been repaired or modified.

We pay after the hardware arrives, has been checked and the final value has been accepted. If there is any issue, we will contact you before completing the trade-in.
