Returns and Refund
Consumer Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item, in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new, unused condition as when you received it, including all original accessories and packaging. To initiate a return or if you have any questions or concerns about the return process, please contact us. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns must be authorized before shipping. Domestic returns are free, while international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Business Returns
Business customers may cancel or return hardware for a refund within 14 days of the order date. All cancelled and returned orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If your order has already been shipped, all returned hardware must be undamaged and in as-new condition, with original packaging intact.
The following are not eligible for return or refund for business orders:
- Opened, activated, or registered software (including Windows licenses)
- Shipping costs of any kind
- Custom order options, services, and peripherals (custom chassis options, keyboards, mice, or other external equipment)
- Quantity orders and orders exceeding £10,000
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, unsealed or activated software, or consumable goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Business refunds are subject to the 15% cancellation fee. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us. Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the country where the customer is based.
